Host file disclosure via unchecked URL paths

Path traversal in Ceph Dashboard 14.2.5, 14.2.6, and 15.0.0 allows remote attackers to read host files via crafted URLs. The home controller joins the requested path to its language-specific static-content directory without verifying that the normalized result remains inside that directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and readable content is bounded by the ceph-mgr process's host permissions.
