Password disclosure via request parameters in exception logs

Sensitive-data exposure in Red Hat build of Keycloak before 9.0.0 allows local users to read a password from exception logs. HttpMethod.execute builds a RuntimeException message with the entire request builder, whose string form includes request parameters, instead of logging only the HTTP method. A low-privileged local user must gain access to the resulting logs after another user triggers the exception; the consequence is password disclosure only.
