Authentication bypass in Crestron DM NVX Director before 1.0.3.802 allows remote attackers to change the appliance password. The web application accepts a WebSocket password-change request without authenticating its sender. Network access to the integrated web server is sufficient; the published record establishes unauthorized password replacement but no further device actions.
