Information exposure in Juniper Networks Junos OS on EX4300 switches allows remote attackers to receive internal device traffic. The switch forwards packets sourced from the RE-to-PFE 128.0.0.0/2 internal network onto egress interfaces instead of keeping that control traffic inside the device. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposed packets reveal heartbeats, kernel versions, and configuration details, without reported integrity or availability impact.
