Login hash disclosure via world-readable configd traces

Information disclosure in configd in Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved before 19.3R1-EVO allows local users to read login password hashes. Configd emits hashed login-password values into trace files and leaves those files world-readable to shell users. An authenticated shell account is required, and exposure is limited to credential hashes rather than plaintext passwords.
