Remote reboot via improperly initialized sFlow memory

Improper initialization in Junos OS allows remote attackers to reboot affected PTX and QFX routers via sFlow-inspected traffic. On non-AFI/AFT platforms, the packet forwarding architecture improperly initializes memory used by sFlow when a genuine packet crosses a firewall policer. Both sFlow and a firewall policer must be configured; repeated qualifying packets produce core files and repeated reboots, extending the service interruption.
