Password brute forcing via unenforced login attempt limit

Login-attempt restriction failure in Juniper Advanced Threat Prevention Appliance before 5.0.6.0 allows remote attackers to brute-force SSH passwords. The SSH login service fails to enforce its configured server-side attempt limit, so a source can continue submitting password guesses. Network access to SSH is sufficient; repeated guesses can identify a valid password, with no reported data alteration or service interruption.
