Service crash via undersized BluFi heap allocation

Buffer overflow in BluFi provisioning in Espressif ESP-IDF 4.0.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash devices via a crafted GATT write. btc_blufi_recv_handler trusts a packet-declared total length when allocating aggr_buf, then copies hdr->data_len minus two bytes from the same packet without ensuring the write stays within that allocation. BluFi provisioning over BLE must be enabled and characteristic 0xFF01 reachable; successful exploitation corrupts heap memory and can crash the device.
