Sandbox escape via unchecked clipboard bitmap size

Heap buffer overflow in Google Chrome before 87.0.4280.66 allows remote attackers to escape the sandbox through a crafted HTML page. ClipboardWin::WriteBitmap trusts renderer-supplied bitmap dimensions when allocating a Windows DIB and copying pixel data, permitting a heap overwrite. Exploitation requires a previously compromised renderer and page interaction, and successful use crosses the browser sandbox boundary.
