Published Mar 3, 2021 · Updated Oct 25, 2024
Stored XSS in Fortinet FortiOS 6.2.0 through 6.2.4 and 6.4.0 allows remote attackers to execute scripts via IPS and WAF log entries. The dashboard renders attacker-controlled IPS or WAF log content without neutralizing executable markup. Execution requires an administrator to view the affected dashboard, enabling script actions in that authenticated browser session.
