Application crash via unchecked MPEG-PS array index

Out-of-bounds read in MediaArea MediaInfo 20.03 allows attackers to crash the application by opening a crafted MPEG-PS file. Streams_Fill_PerStream can leave StreamKind_Last equal to Stream_Max, then uses that sentinel to index the fixed-size Counts array without a bounds check. Exploitation requires the application to parse attacker-supplied media; the public proof of concept demonstrates a process abort under AddressSanitizer.
