Service interruption via query-flattener buffer over-read

Heap-buffer over-read in SQLite before 3.32.3 allows local users to interrupt an application with a malicious SQL statement. During query flattening in select.c, multiSelectOrderBy misuses transitive constant-propagation properties and reads beyond a heap allocation. Reachability requires an application to let the attacker execute arbitrary SQL; the known consequence is a crash or service interruption, not code execution.
