Unauthenticated code execution via unsafe Python eval

Code injection in Zyxel CloudCNM SecuManager 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through an HTTP request. The delete_cpes_by_ids endpoint passes the attacker-controlled cpe_ids parameter to Python eval, permitting imported operating-system commands. No authentication or user interaction is required; execution initially runs as axess inside the Axess chroot, and the disclosed chain reaches root.
