Incorrect permissions in Zyxel CloudCNM SecuManager 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 allow local users to read blob-storage data. The /opt/axess/var/blobstorage directory is installed with mode 0755, granting every local account read and traversal access to persistent application blobs. An account on the appliance is required; the demonstrated consequence is exposure of blob contents, with no write or service-interruption impact established for this CVE.
