Unauthenticated administrative access via hardcoded XMPP credentials

Hard-coded credentials in the XMPP configuration of Zyxel CloudCNM SecuManager 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 allow remote attackers to access administration. The world-readable xmpp_config.py file embeds the a1@chopin account and its static password, which authenticate to the administration endpoint on TCP port 5280. Network reachability to the WAN-facing service is sufficient to manage linked CPE accounts, including listing or deleting them.
