SSH traffic decryption via reused host key

Hard-coded credentials in Zyxel CloudCNM SecuManager 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 allow attackers to decrypt SSH traffic via network interception. The /opt/mysql chroot ships a shared RSA SSH host private key instead of generating a unique key for each appliance. Attackers must occupy an adversary-in-the-middle position; the key exposure compromises confidentiality but does not itself authorize a login.
