Traffic decryption via hardcoded DSA host key

Hardcoded SSH host keys in Zyxel CloudCNM SecuManager 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 allow man-in-the-middle attackers to decrypt management traffic. The mysql chroot uses a shipped DSA host private key instead of generating a unique key, enabling an interceptor to impersonate its SSH endpoint. Exploitation requires a man-in-the-middle position on a management connection; the reported consequence is traffic decryption, not root login.
