SSH traffic decryption via hardcoded host key

Hardcoded credentials in Zyxel CloudCNM SecuManager 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 allow man-in-the-middle attackers to decrypt SSH traffic. The Axess chroot stores a fixed RSA SSH host private key at /opt/axess/etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key and makes it world-readable. An attacker positioned between an administrator and the appliance can impersonate its SSH service and read management-session contents; the disabled root account prevents direct root login through this key.
