Traffic redirection via hostname-blind TLS connection reuse

Certificate validation in PJSIP PJPROJECT 2.10 and earlier allows man-in-the-middle attackers to redirect secure SIP traffic. The pjsip_tpmgr_acquire_transport2 transport selector reuses a TLS connection by matching only IP address, port, and protocol, without comparing the requested destination hostname. Exploitation requires different hostnames to resolve to the same endpoint, such as through DNS spoofing, and causes requests for one SIP destination to travel over a connection authenticated for another.
