Arbitrary file read and write via path traversal

Path traversal in FOSSASIA Loklak through commit 5f48476 allows remote attackers to read or write server-accessible files via its APIs. DAO.getAssetFile joined API-supplied screen names, identifiers, and filenames to the assets directory without normalizing the result or enforcing containment. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposure is limited to files readable or writable by the server process.
