Buffer overflow in Sophos XG Firewall 17.5 MR12 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through the HTTP/S bookmark feature. The flaw is in the User Portal's HTTP/S bookmark handling, but Sophos has not disclosed the affected buffer or the operation that exceeds its bounds. Exploitation requires the User Portal to be exposed on the WAN and can compromise the firewall; CISA lists the flaw as known exploited.
