Root-only file disclosure via parser error output

Arbitrary file disclosure in GNS3 ubridge 0.9.18 and earlier on macOS allows local users to read root-only files via the -f option. parse_config passes the selected path to iniparser_load, whose LINE_ERROR branch prints each unparsable input line to stderr while ubridge retains setuid-root privileges. Any local account able to execute the bundled setuid binary can disclose file contents otherwise restricted to root.
