Local privilege escalation via unrestricted driver file operations

Improper privilege management in the IObit Unlocker 1.1.2 driver allows local users to delete, move, or copy arbitrary files. IOCTL 0x222124 accepts an attacker-supplied path and operation code through a device that grants every user full access, then performs the requested file operation with driver privileges. Any low-privileged Windows user with local code execution can replace protected files and leverage privileged consumers for elevation.
