Administrator SQL injection via unsanitized ctype
Published Jun 21, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in PHP-Fusion 9.03.50 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to alter or read database data via ctype. The administration/comments.php endpoint incorporates ctype into a database query without neutralizing SQL syntax, permitting injected time-delay subqueries. A valid administrator session and aid token are required; crafted requests can delay queries, disclose records, or change database logic.
