User-data exposure via PREAUTH TLS bypass

Improper transport security in Alpine before 2.23 allows remote attackers to expose user data through a PREAUTH IMAP connection. Alpine's IMAP connection path suppresses STARTTLS after the server reports PREAUTH, yet continues the session even when the /tls option requires encryption. When an untrusted server returns PREAUTH on an initially cleartext connection, subsequent mailbox traffic remains unencrypted and exposed to network interception.
