Heap-based buffer overflow in Delta Electronics DOPSoft 4.00.08.15 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted DPA file. The DPA parser copies user-supplied data into a fixed-length heap buffer without validating its length. A user must open the malicious file, after which code runs in the current process; malformed input can also disclose or modify data or crash the application.
