Channel identity corruption via colliding rename

Improper input validation in Mattermost Server before 5.19.0 allows attackers to corrupt channel identity via a crafted rename. The channel-renaming path accepts a non-direct channel name that collides with the identifier used for a direct-message channel. Attackers must be able to rename a channel; the collision corrupts channel identity without reported disclosure or service interruption.
