Unauthorized password resets via predictable local secret

Insufficiently random values in Convos before 4.20 allow remote attackers to generate unauthorized password-reset and invitation links. The local_secret builder in Core/Settings.pm hashes the home path, user and group IDs, and process name, producing a predictable CONVOS_LOCAL_SECRET in Docker deployments. Attackers who derive that secret can reach recovery and invitation functions without an existing account, enabling password resets or unauthorized registration.
