CVE-2020-14421Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated command execution via cron script content

Published Jun 18, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

Command injection in aaPanel 6.6.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through a cron job. The Add Cron Job workflow accepts Script Content and executes the stored text through the system shell without restricting embedded commands. A valid panel session with cron-job access is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied commands on the managed server.
