Memory disclosure and crash via crafted BMP

Heap buffer over-read in SDL through 2.0.12 allows context-dependent attackers to disclose memory or crash an application via a crafted BMP file. Blit_3or4_to_3or4__inversed_rgb reads beyond a heap buffer when invalid surface input reaches the inverse-RGB blitter. A user or consuming application must load the file; reported effects are memory disclosure and application interruption, not data modification.
