Heap corruption via overflowing surface pitch calculation

Integer overflow in SDL2 2.0.12 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to corrupt heap memory via a crafted BMP file. SDL_CalculatePitch multiplies an untrusted surface width using signed int arithmetic, allowing the pitch to wrap before SDL_CreateRGBSurfaceWithFormat allocates pixel storage. A user must cause an SDL2-based application to process the file; SDL_BlitCopy then passes the undersized pitch-derived region to SDL_memcpy, producing an out-of-bounds heap write.
