Information disclosure in Red Hat Satellite 6.9 allows local users to read the Smart-Proxy ISC DHCP OMAPI secret. The Smart Proxy stores dhcp_key_secret in /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf with a world-readable mode, exposing the key used to authenticate OMAPI requests. A local account on the Smart-Proxy host is required; possession of the secret permits DHCP record changes and consequent service interruption.
