Internal service disclosure via webhook URL fetching

SSRF in webhook notifications in Red Hat Ansible Tower before 3.7.2 allows remote authenticated users to read internal service responses. The webhook handler fetches an organization administrator-supplied URL and returns detailed connection errors, including HTTP response content. Organization-administrator access is required, and the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of data from services reachable by the Tower server.
