Administrator-session script execution via unescaped task-log filter

Reflected XSS in Moodle 3.9, 3.8 through 3.8.3, and 3.7 through 3.7.6 allows remote attackers to run script in an administrator's browser. admin/tasklogs.php passes the filter value directly into the task-log template without converting HTML entities, allowing crafted markup to enter the rendered page. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open a crafted task-log URL, and the script runs with that administrator's web-session privileges.
