Script execution via unescaped blocked-request URL reflection

Reflected XSS in MONITORAPP WAF through V4.1 B7239 and V5.0 B1064 allows remote attackers to execute scripts via a crafted URL. The blocking-response function inserts request URL information into its generated page without escaping characters that browsers interpret as script. Execution requires a user to load the crafted URL in a browser, where the script runs in the WAF page's security context and can read or alter accessible data.
