IPMI credential disclosure via world-readable password file

Incorrect file permissions in OpenBMC phosphor-host-ipmid before 2020-04-03 allow remote authenticated users to read IPMI credentials. PasswdMgr::updatePasswdSpecialFile copied the existing file mode to a temporary password file, leaving /etc/ipmi-pass world-readable instead of owner-only. SSH or SCP access to the BMC is required; exposed users can decode stored credentials and escalate to any IPMI user.
