CVE-2020-14105

SNO information disclosure via mobile app read

Published Apr 20, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

Information disclosure in Xiaomi 10 MIUI before 2020.01.15 allows local users to read device SNO information via a mobile application. The published records do not identify a specific component or faulty operation beyond permitting an installed application to read the device SNO value. The gate is local access to an application on the handset; the bounded consequence is confidentiality loss of the device serial-number information, with no integrity or availability impact reported.
