CVE-2020-14069

SQL injection via direct query concatenation

Published Jun 29, 2020 · Updated Aug 4, 2024

SQL injection in MK-AUTH 19.01 allows physically proximate attackers to execute database queries through crafted HTTP requests. Shared code in multiple mkt/ PHP endpoints directly appends user-controlled values to SQL query strings and executes the resulting statements. The published assessment requires physical proximity but no authentication; successful injection exposes database confidentiality, integrity, and availability and can lead to code execution.
