Code execution via unchecked .phtml archive files

Unrestricted file upload in Navigate CMS 2.9 allows attackers to execute PHP code through a crafted extension or theme ZIP archive. The check_upload methods in extension.class.php and theme.class.php scan only .php names, so .phtml files bypass prohibited-function inspection. Exploitation requires install_from_hash to process an attacker-controlled archive, after which executable PHP runs with the web server process privileges.
