NTLM credential exposure via unquoted URI arguments

Argument injection in Viber for Windows 13.2.0.39 and earlier allows remote attackers to capture or relay a victim's NTLM authentication. The unquoted viber URI handler passes attacker-controlled URL text as Viber command-line arguments, allowing a platformpluginpath value to open a remote SMB share. A victim must visit a malicious website that invokes the handler; Windows then sends NTLM authentication that supports credential relay or offline hash cracking.
