Gateway crash via unbounded SDP codec parsing

Buffer overflow in Janus WebRTC Server 0.10.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to corrupt process memory via a crafted SDP offer. janus_get_codec_from_pt uses an unbounded sscanf %s conversion to copy an SDP rtpmap codec value into a 100-byte stack buffer. Remote network access is sufficient, with no authentication or user interaction required; the overwrite can terminate the gateway process.
