Browser script execution via unescaped alert name

Stored cross-site scripting in SolarWinds Orion 2019.4 components allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a viewer's browser. The alert-details view renders the attacker-controlled alert-definition name as active markup rather than neutralizing it. Alert-creation privileges are required to store the payload, and another user must open the alert details, causing script execution in that user's browser.
