Service interruption via viewport scaling overflow

Integer overflow in ScaleViewportExtEx in libEMF Project libEMF 1.0.12 and earlier allows attackers to interrupt processing via a crafted EMF file. ScaleViewportExtEx calculates new viewport extents from attacker-controlled axis-scaling ratios without rejecting values that exceed its integer range. Opening the file is required for a desktop path, while a web pipeline can expose processing remotely; the published consequence is service interruption only.
