OS command injection in Monstra CMS 3.0.4 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to execute commands through Theme Module. Edit Chunk accepts executable PHP in .chunk.php content, and loading the site renders the chunk and invokes an embedded exec call. The CVE is disputed because exploitation requires an administrator permission that already permits editing executable PHP.
