Broken access control in Apache DolphinScheduler before 1.3.2 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite another user's password via its API. The /dolphinscheduler/users/update endpoint accepts a caller-supplied account ID and replacement password without enforcing ownership of the target account. Any ordinary account under any tenant can target the administrator account, replace its password, and then obtain administrator access.
