Heap-data disclosure or crash via TIFF profile

Out-of-bounds read in ImageMagick 7.0.9-27 through 7.0.10-17 allows attackers to disclose heap data or crash processing via a crafted TIFF image. TIFFGetProfiles assumes TIFFTAG_RICHTIFFIPTC contains 32-bit values and passes four times the supplied length to ReadProfile even when libtiff exposes byte-sized data, causing BlobToStringInfo to read beyond the heap buffer. Exploitation requires the crafted TIFF to be decoded, and the result is bounded to heap-data disclosure or interruption of the processing operation.
