Unrestricted file upload in Kordil EDMS through 2.2.60rc3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code. The documents_add.php endpoint accepts .php files and stores them in the web-accessible documents folder, where the server executes them. Authenticated document-upload access is required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied PHP in the web server context.
