SYSTEM privilege escalation via malicious webio.dll loading

Insecure permissions in Citrix Workspace App before 1912 for Windows allow local users to gain SYSTEM privileges during uninstallation. The uninstaller loads webio.dll from a writable %PROGRAMDATA%\Citrix\Citrix Workspace #### directory, allowing a local user to plant a malicious DLL. Execution requires an administrator or software-distribution process to uninstall the application, at which point the planted DLL runs with SYSTEM privileges.
