Root command execution via Telnet shell escape

Privilege escalation in Artica Pandora FMS 7.44 allows attackers with an Apache-user shell to execute commands as root via Quick Shell. The Quick Shell plugin launches a root-privileged Gotty Telnet client that honors Telnet's escape sequence and shell command mode. Exploitation requires an existing Apache-user command shell, a reachable listener, console access to the enabled service, and entry of !/bin/bash after escaping to the Telnet prompt.
