Administrator-level command execution via PHP file upload

Unrestricted file upload in Artica Pandora FMS 7.44 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through the File Manager. The feature accepts a PHP web shell into a restricted folder, and ajax.php passes the page parameter to include_once(), loading the uploaded code. Administrative console access is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the privileges of the Apache service account.
